Music, craft,food booths, Heritage Idol competition and Heritage Olympics as well as the 4-H competition will be held at Wilson Park; the quilt and fine arts show and competition will be held at the Roy Acuff Union Museum & Library. the MOMS Club. The MOMS Club is for stay-at-home Moms with children from infant
to school age. We have monthly meetings at Plainview Community Center the first Wednesday of every month, speakers, playgroups and many other fun group
activities including scrap-booking, arts and crafts, and monthly moms night out.

Handgun Training Class July 11-Tennessee handgun permit training class will be held in the training room of the Claiborne County Justice Center in Tazewell, on Saturday, July 11, 2009 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Ran or Shine. Participants need to bring a safe handgun, 50 rounds of factory ammunition, ear and eye protection. Successful completion will allow you to carry a handgun in Tennessee and several other states.
